Can I subscribe to receive orders automatically?
Yes you can. In fact, Dr. D'Amico highly recomends this as its a great way to save money and never be caught with and old crummy brush.
Can I purchase items seperately?
Yes you can, although the good doctor doesnt recomend it as you will miss out on your subscription discount. If you are just looking to try it out, single purchasing is available or u can alway put your subscription on hold.
How does the subscription work?
- First you choose the sizes and colors for your starter pack(s)
You will receive your starter pack(s) usually in a few business days.
30 days after your initial order, you will then receive 2 brushes for every starter pack you purchased.
You will continue to receive 2 brushes for each starter pack every following 60 days.
You will also receive reminders when to replace your brush via e-Mail or SMS.
Can I modify or stop my subscription?
Absolutely, to add/remove items or pause/cancel your subscription, simply log into your profile and make your desired changes at any time.
How long will it take for me to receive my order?
You should receive your first package within a few business days after initial purchase. If you purchased a starter pack, you will receive your first refill after 30 days and every 60 days following that. See "How does subscription work?" for more info.
Can't login or forgot password?
Click Forgot Password, type in the email address used to to set up your Dr.D'Amico's account, and click the ‘submit email’ button. Only click ‘submit email’ once, and make sure to check your spam folder!
You’ll receive a password reset email within the next few minutes.
The password reset link will expire after 24 hours, and your password needs to be at least 8 characters long.
Where do we ship?
We ship to the United States, Canada and the UK.
We also ship to Puerto Rico, Guam, the US Virgin Islands, and Saipan. Shipping to these areas, as well as Hawaii and Alaska, tends to take a bit longer. We hope to ship to more countries soon!
Do we offer free shipping?
Dr. D'Amico offers free shipping to anywhere in the continenetal U.S. Unfortunately, at the this point, all other orders will have to include shipping costs. As we grow we will be working on expanding our free shipping range.

What is Dr. D'Amico's return policy?
If, for some reason, you have decided to return our product(s), you can. The product must be unopened and in the same condition as when you received it. You have 72 hours to return the product(s) upon receiving it, as it is an organic product. You are responsible for shipping it to us as well. We will review the product and issue a refund within 48 hours of receiving it, if it is still in unused & unopened condition.
Whats is Dr. D'Amico's replacement policy?
The doctor understands that somtimes things happen. If somehow our prouct(s) arrives damaged or broken, we greatly apologize for this inconvenience and will be happy to issue you a replacement at no cost of course. You do not need to ship the broken or damaged goods back to us, simply take a clear photo of the product and send it to us within 72 of receiving your package. Allow us up to 48 hours to review the information and send the replacement by priority mail.
